Need a space for a company outings, family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, wedding receptions or other special occasion? We host spaces year-round at our water parks, swimming pools, meeting rooms and outdoor pavilions. Please keep in mind that room availability is subject to activity and program schedules. Our dedicated staff is determined to help you make your event both memorable and affordable! Please note that personal grills are not allowed in the parks.

Please allow for the appropriate processing time when submitting an application.Facility use requests for a school site for groups/individuals that are non-profit and recreational in nature must be scheduled thru Parks and Recreation according to the
PWCS Cooperative Agreement.
Available facility dates will depend on Parks and Recreation Department general programming use and pre-existing organization agreements related to the facility. The calendar view may not reflect real-time availability.

Planning a special birthday party, baby/bridal shower, or group event? Maybe you would like to get together with your friends for a couple of hours of basketball? We allow rentals for all kinds of special occasions. Rental time includes set-up and tear-down time. Contact the recreation center for details.
