Prince William County Parks & Recreation ShowMobile: A mobile stage for outdoor performances
The ShowMobile is a mobile stage trailer that is convenient and well suited for outdoor performance and event needs. Two trained operators are provided with each rental.
The ShowMobile unit features:
- Overhead lighting
- 20 chairs
- A 28' wide x 13' deep stage platform
- Sound system and generator that can be rented separately
Rental Hours
Monday - Friday: 6:00pm - 11:59pm
Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays: 7:00am - 11:59pm
Fees & Charges
Rental Fee: $185 per hour, based on scheduled arrival and departure times from event site
Setup/Take Down Charge: $185 per hour, 2 hour minimum (in addition to any rental fee)
Travel/Mileage: $185 per hour, 2 hour minimum (in addition to any rental fee), plus $0.95 per mile round trip from Prince William County Stadium
Sound System (Optional): $250 flat fee, plus an additional 2 hours setup/takedown time
Generator (Optional): $250 flat fee, includes generator setup & takedown
***Minimum Charge for ShowMobile Rentals: 4 hours Rental Fee at current hourly rate, plus round trip mileage from Prince William County Stadium to the rental site/venue
The ShowMobile is available to reserve on a first come, first-served basis, and is subject to the availability of trained DPRT ShowMobile Operators to work the proposed event. A $500 deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
Please note: applications must be submitted a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance of the proposed event date.
