With the approval of the Doves Landing Master Plan Report in October of 2022, DPR has moved into the design phase of the development of the Sinclair Mill Site and the greater Doves Landing Park.

The Ellis L. Barron Master Plan was endorsed by the Parks and Recreation Commission on June 21, 2023.
