With low client-to-trainer ratios, our small group personal training sessions offer a great way
to save money and still enjoy the benefits of a personalized fitness program. Many of the small-group personal training programs are on-going but we also offer great seasonal workouts as well, to keep it fresh.

SEMI- PRIVATE

Take a leap toward fitness with your workout buddy in our semi-private personal training sessions. You and your companion will save time and money while taking your workouts to the next level.

Personal Training is a great way to establish healthy habits that you can carry throughout life. Teen exercise builds
