Development Application Processing Schedule (DAPS)
  • The DAPS report updates automatically on a nightly schedule. Changes made to any case information will update for the next day.

  • Pending cases are sorted by status of the case in the planning process.

  • Completed cases are kept in the report for three months from the report date. Not the completion date. Withdrawn cases are included in this section of the report.

  • All cases have the same columns of information. Not all cases will have all columns with information depending on status of the case.

  • Only the primary Grid Parcel Identification Number (GPIN) is shown to reduce the report size. Some cases can have dozens/hundreds of parcels within the application boundary.

  • Web links provided in the report:

    • Case No./Name column links to case information in ePortal;

    • Planner/Tech column links to email the Case Planner and/or Planning Tech, and;

    • Planning Commission links to the ePortal Calendar. This column also includes the Hearing Date, Action taken by the Planning Commission and the voting record for the case.

    • BOCS links to ePortal. The column includes the Hearing Date (when scheduled), Action taken by the Board, and the voting record for each case.

    • Completed Date/Staff Report links to the land development case staff report when it is available. This will change when the status of the case is changed to a Completed Case option.

  • Query capabilities include:

    • by Case Name

    • by Case Type

    • by Case Number

    • by Case Status

    • by Magisterial District

  • Selecting a case will open a "pop-up" providing information about the case with detailed information about the case and links to the case in ePortal, the staff report, and the case planner email.

  • The map can be used to research and review the cases currently being processed by the Planning Office. Cases are removed as soon as possible after official action by the approving entity.

  • Note: The interactive map does not include cases that are county-wide or not parcel and/or site-specific. These types of cases can include:
