11:05AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2025 -- The Prince William County Arts Council meeting that was scheduled for tonight at 6:30pm has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Please join us for our next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 12 at 6:30pm in the Powells Creek Rooms at the McCoart Building, 1 County Complex Ct. Woodbridge.

PWC Arts Council Meetings 

The Prince William County Arts Council Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesdays of each month. November 2024 through November 2025 meetings will be held at the James J. McCoart building (1 County Complex Ct., Woodbridge, VA 22192), Powells Creek Conference Room A & B unless otherwise stated. All meetings are open to the public.

  • Arts in Education Committee meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by Executive Meeting
  • Public meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. 
  • To register to speak on agenda items or to present “new business” to the Board please contact Carter McClelland at [email protected] by Noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
