Library Cards

Teachers may download copies of the Library User Agreement form to distribute to their classes. To be processed, these forms must be filled out legibly and completely, and the teacher must verify the information. The name of the school or organization and the teacher’s name must be clearly labeled on each application. Applications for children under the age of 18 must have a parent's or legal guardian's signature in addition to the parent’s or legal guardian's name clearly printed in the appropriate spot. Processing time for library card applications is a minimum of two weeks.

PWPL does not currently have an Educator Library Card, but our standard account holder is permitted to check out up to 100 books at one time, and books can be checked out for three weeks.

Most of the Digital Library Resources mentioned below require a 14-digit library card and/or a 12-digit digital card number to access. You will be prompted to enter your library card number when clicking on each site.
