USED BOOK DONATIONS

Prince William Public Libraries (PWPL) accepts donations of current books, audiobooks, music CDs, and DVDs that are in good condition on behalf of the Friends of the Library. Funds raised by book sales are used by the Friends of the Library to support library programs and special events for all ages. For more information visit our donating materials page.

AMAZON WISH LIST

Looking for a way to help your library? Check out the Library’s Amazon Wish List where you will see our small and curated list of most-needed items. You can even donate a book in honor or memory of someone, and special gift plates can be placed in the items you donate.

PWPL has seven Friends groups that provide support to all of our libraries. The Friends enable branches and neighborhood libraries to offer many free cultural, recreational, and informational programs to the community. BOOK SALES

Apply to become a Friend -

 PURCHASE A COMMEMORATIVE BRICK

bricks.pngTo purchase your Commemorative Brick, complete the online form, print, and mail it along with a check made payable to Prince William Public Libraries. Please specify if it is a Gift Brick. A Gift Brick Certificate will be mailed to the recipient indicating it is a gift from you. All donations to Prince William Public Libraries are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your donation. These bricks can be laid at Haymarket Gainesville Library, Montclair Library, or Potomac Library. BEQUESTS AND YEAR END GIFTS

A gift made to Prince William Public Libraries before December 31 may be used as a charitable donation and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your donation. Gifts made to Prince William Public Libraries comply with IRS regulations governing charitable donations.
