Site Development/Site Prep Permit

Upon approval of a final site or subdivision plan the property owner must apply for a site development permit or site preparation permit. Go to the table of standard forms and types of guarantees to link to the various forms required. See also the Bond and Escrow Form Instructions.

To obtain a site development permit and building release letter the following must be completed (additional requirements may be included in the plan approval letter):

A pre-construction meeting with Public Works is required prior to issuance of any site development/land permits associated with an approved site/subdivision plan. You may schedule this meeting by calling 703-792-7070. Proof of this meeting is required prior to issuance.
