CERTIFICATE OF OFFICIAL CHARACTER

Certificate of Official Character verifies a person is a notary. If a person qualified for his or her notary commission in Prince William County, a Deputy Clerk in Room 305 can certify the same for a fee of $2.50 ($.50 for document and $2.00 for certification).
