Seals on Wheels Tour
Circuit Court Clerk’s Seals on Wheels is Returning in Early 2026
Seals on Wheels, the Circuit Court Clerk’s mobile services center, is set to return to communities in Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park in March 2026. The first of its kind in Virginia and the United States, Seals on Wheels was established by the Circuit Court Clerk, Jacqueline C. Smith to make services available to residents at times and locations convenient to them.
Residents can save time and money by visiting Seals on Wheels at locations near their homes. One Saturday each month, Clerk services are available to residents, including marriage licenses, name changes, notary oaths, concealed handgun permits, and more. The Seals on Wheels 2026 schedule will kick off with several local events in partnership with neighborhood libraries and local events. More dates will be added to the Seals on Wheels program throughout 2026.
